Previously, VPBank deployed a Payroll salary payment service package, giving unemployment insurance to the enterprise's employees with a payment level of up to 500 million VND/year. Individual customers with a salary account at VPBank and on the list of employees of a business registering to use the salary payment service package will receive unemployment insurance benefits, based on income levels.
Employees are also entitled to both State unemployment insurance and unemployment insurance provided by VPBank. The insurance payments granted by VPBank include: death; permanent disability/departmental disability due to accidents; allowance for hospital stay due to accidents (maximum 60 days/year); allowance for loss of income due to accidents; unemployment allowance if the enterprise goes bankrupt and unemployment allowance in cases of widespread personnel reduction or dismissal.
