Recorded by Lao Dong reporter on October 15, domestic silver prices reversed and decreased. Many people continue to go to silver shops in Hanoi to buy. However, most of the stores have announced that they have temporarily stopped selling.

At a silver shop on Tran Nhan Tong Street (Hanoi), Ms. Pham Thi Lan (Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi) said that she wanted to buy silver to save money but had not been able to buy it for many days.
"On October 10, the store announced a temporary suspension of sales. By October 14, when it reopened, each person could only buy a maximum of 5kg of silver, but I still could not buy. This morning they continued to sell, and at 9:05 a.m., the staff said they were out of stock," said Ms. Lan.
Ms. Lan said that currently, the store only accepts transactions for those waiting inside and returns goods to customers with pre-arranged invoices.

Similarly, Mr. Luong Xuan Nam (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi) also had to return because he could not buy silver.
"I plan to buy 2kg because it is very difficult to buy gold at the moment. In the past, buying silver was quite easy, but recently many people have switched to this channel, causing the store to run out of silver quickly. Today, they have a maximum of 5kg for each person, but when I arrived, we were out of stock" - Mr. Nam shared.
