At a silver business store on Tran Nhan Tong street (Hanoi), Mr. Do Thanh Cong (Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi) said that after nearly 30 minutes of waiting, he had to leave because he could not buy silver as planned.
According to Mr. Cong, depending on the time, the store applies different sales policies. There are times when the quantity is unlimited, but there are also times when each customer is only allowed to buy a few kg of silver or temporarily stop selling.
I have been monitoring silver prices for many days and see strong fluctuations, so I want to buy a little as a savings asset. This morning I took the opportunity to go over, but the store reported that it was not sold. Asking several places immediately, I received similar answers, quite disappointed because I had prepared money" - Mr. Cong said.
Similarly, in recent days, Ms. Phan Tuyet Mai (Dong Da ward, Hanoi) said that she continuously went to buy silver but many times fell into the scene of the store announcing that it was out of stock, temporarily stopping sales or scheduling delivery at another time.
Ms. Mai shared that she intended to buy 1kg of silver to save for her children, but when she arrived at the store, she was informed that the unit only purchased or prioritized returning goods to customers who had pre-ordered invoices and had not yet opened new sales.
The staff explained that due to strong market fluctuations and limited supply, the store ran out of money. I had to go home and wait until there was goods to return" - Ms. Mai said.

The price of Kim Phuc Loc 999 silver bars (1 tael) of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Company Limited (Sacombank-SBJ) is listed at 3.384 - 3.492 million VND/tael (buying - selling).
At the same time, the price of 999 silver bars (1 tael) at Phu Quy Jewelry Group was listed at the threshold of 3.065 - 3.160 million VND/tael (buying - selling).
