In the last days of November, the cold weather, the story of the circumstances of the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Tho - a worker at factory A, Chung Jye Ninh Binh Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited, made many people feel choked up.
The woman born in 1983, who was the main breadwinner in the family, suddenly passed away after a traffic accident on the morning of November 19, 2025, leaving behind 3 young children and her husband struggling with illness.

Looking at Ms. Tho's family situation, many people could not help but feel heartbroken. In a makeshift house in Hamlet 4, Kim Son Commune, the 4 father and son of Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc are still shocked by the sudden passing of his wife and young mother.
His family was already in difficulty, but now it has become even more struggling. He thought that her husband used to be a factory worker for export processing. But in recent years, he has continuously suffered from weak pain, had to be treated regularly, and his health has seriously declined. The financial burden was all on the wife's shoulders.
The 16-year-old eldest daughter has a neurological problem and is still undergoing treatment, the second granddaughter is in 7th grade and the youngest son is in 3rd grade. The children were too young to fully understand the events that happened to their families.
Her husband's illness, her children's education, household expenses... all depend on her workers' salary, although fragile, it is the only support.
However, the storm did not stop. Right when the family was struggling with poverty, an accident suddenly happened. Ms. Tho's passing left the 3 children helpless and disappointed. The children are still old enough to eat and study, not old enough to take care of themselves.
The husband, who was already sick, now faced with great pain and became even more lost. He and his 3 young children not only lost their wife and mother but also lost their spiritual support and companionship in the remaining years of their lives.

Mr. Nguyen Cao Son - Chairman of Kim Son Commune People's Committee said that his family was in a particularly difficult situation. Immediately after the incident, local organizations and authorities came to encourage, express condolences and support the family in arranging the funeral for Ms. Tho.
"The loss of Ms. Tho's family is irreparable. But love can still be given. A small support can give the children more motivation so that they are not left behind" - Mr. Son shared.
Ms. Vu Thi Anh Hong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Chung Jye Ninh Binh Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited said that, grasping the difficult circumstances of Ms. Tho's family, the Company's Trade Union is launching a fundraising campaign to support her family.
