TKV Union trains key union officials

At the training session, the reporters conveyed the following contents: Grassroots democracy work; participation in policy making, representing and protecting the rights of employees and providing legal advice; participation in management and emulation and rewards; methods of operation of departmental unions and trade union organizations; propaganda and education work, orienting public opinion among employees; social networks in current communication work and women's activities. With the goal of training 80% of departmental union chairmen and members of the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions under the TKV Trade Union in the 2023 - 2028 term, the TKV Trade Union will continue to deploy classes with more innovative content and new organizational methods to equip more knowledge, skills and expertise in trade union work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to building a strong and sustainable TKV Trade Union.
