Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 3 and Clause 5, Article 22 of Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue stipulates on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and volunteer rescue as follows:
1. Individuals participating in voluntary fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief activities must register in writing with the Commune-level Police where they reside according to Form No. PC05 attached to this Decree.
2. The commune-level police are responsible for receiving registration documents, reviewing and notifying individuals who have previously registered to participate in volunteer fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and making a list to send to the fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue police agency or unit directly managing the area.
3. Individuals participating in fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue activities are under the execution, guidance, assignment and inspection of the implementation of the tasks of the commune -level police, fire prevention, fighting and rescue police agency; Using protection equipment, fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue equipment in accordance with the contents of registering to participate in fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue activities; participate in training and fostering of fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue. The employer is responsible for individuals who are laborers under the scope of registered to participate in fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue activities to participate in training and fostering fire prevention, fighting, rescue and rescue when there is a notice of the police.
Encourage individuals to ensure their own protective equipment, fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief equipment when volunteering to participate in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief activities.
5. Individuals who have registered to volunteer to participate in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief activities are mobilized to participate in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief activities in accordance with the registration content.
When stopping participation in volunteer fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief activities, individuals must notify the commune-level police where they have registered previously
Thus, the way individuals register to participate in voluntary fire prevention and fighting with the police agency is implemented according to the above regulations.
