Clause 2, Article 2, Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level stipulates Article 23. Support and compensation for people participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level
1. Those participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are entitled to receive regular monthly support money, and are supported with voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions at the level decided by the Provincial People's Council.
2. People participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are entitled to support and compensation when they are sent for training, coaching, performing tasks assigned by competent authorities or when they are mobilized or mobilized to perform tasks. The level of support and compensation is regulated as follows:
a) When sent for training, they are entitled to receive compensation equal to the basic food allowance of the People's Public Security service soldier;
b) When performing duties from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 06:00 a.m. the following day, on holidays, when performing heavy, toxic, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic, dangerous work according to the provisions of the law on labor, they are entitled to a compensation level decided by the Provincial People's Council;
c) When performing duties in places in border areas, islands, mountainous areas, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority areas or at key commune-level administrative units for national defense, they are entitled to additional allowances for working days decided by the Provincial People's Council;
d) When mobilized, mobilized, or sent to perform tasks outside the assigned area, the mobilizing, mobilizing, or sending agency shall perform the task of supporting means of transportation, providing food and accommodation during the service.
Thus, people participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level mobilized to work on duty during the April 30 and May 1 holidays will receive a compensation level decided by the Provincial People's Council.
