People receiving additional support allowances are higher when recruited into the army

Clause 3, Article 10 of Decree No. 363/2025/ND-CP stipulating policies to attract and value talents for the Vietnam People's Army stipulates cases of enjoying higher additional support allowances, specifically:

a) For professors and associate professors when presiding over advising and proposing guidelines, solutions or having breakthrough scientific research works in strategic and key sectors at the national or international level that are applied in practice and achieve high efficiency; Head architects at the ministerial level, Head architects of projects equal to 500% of the current salary level;

b) For people with doctoral degrees, specialist doctors level II, specialist pharmacists level II, experts, managers, business managers when presiding over advising, proposing guidelines, solutions or having breakthrough scientific research works in strategic, key national or international-level industries and fields that are applied in practice with high efficiency equal to 450% of the current salary level;

c) For people with master's degrees, specialist doctors level I, specialist pharmacists level I when presiding over advising, proposing guidelines, solutions or having breakthrough scientific research works in strategic, key national or international-level industries and fields that are applied in practice with high efficiency equal to 400% of the current salary level;

d) In special cases where it is necessary to attract them to work in key fields of the Army that are not subjects in points a, b and c of this clause, they are entitled to an additional allowance equal to 400% of the current salary level.

Thus, the above-mentioned subjects will be entitled to additional support allowances higher than those attracted to join the army.
