Conclusion of the Secretariat on the implementation of the Directive on strengthening Party organization building in private economic units, completed in June 2026.
The Central Policy and Strategy Committee shall preside over and coordinate with central party committees and relevant agencies to advise on the new Regulations of the Central Executive Committee on Party members working in the private economy, to be completed in June 2026.
Provincial Party committees, city Party committees, Party committees directly under the Central Government: Focus on leading and directing the improvement of leadership capacity, combat strength of Party organizations and the quality of party members, paying attention to ethnic minority areas, religious areas, remote areas, border areas, islands, and abroad.

The Government Party Committee shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations to advise on the development of the National Strategy on attracting and valuing talents, especially in key industries and fields serving rapid and sustainable development; research mechanisms to create interconnection between the public and private sectors, this task to be completed in April 2027;
Conduct salary policy reform, regulations on part-time allowances, social housing policies for cadres, civil servants, and public employees with housing difficulties, social insurance policies, and preferential allowances for people with meritorious services in accordance with reality, this task will be completed in 2026.
The Government Party Committee, the Central Organization Committee, and the Central Office coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations to complete the national database system on cadres, civil servants, and public employees. Implement the digitization of cadre dossiers from the grassroots level and synchronous interconnection between agencies, to be completed in June 2026.
