Regarding the transfer of career staff to civil servant staff in some state administrative agencies and organizations of ministries, branches, and localities and the assignment of civil servant staff to some state administrative agencies and organizations with special financial mechanisms that have not been assigned civil servant staff, the Ministry of Home Affairs said that this content has been summarized and reported to the Party Committee of the Government to report to the Politburo and the Central Steering Committee on staff management when proposing staff for the period 2022 - 2026.
Currently, the Ministry of Home Affairs has reported to the Party Committee of the Government and is continuing to coordinate with the Central Organization Committee to develop a draft report proposing payroll for the period 2026 - 2031, which includes contents proposing the transfer of career payroll into civil servant payroll in some state administrative agencies and organizations of ministries, branches, and localities and assigning civil servant payroll to some state administrative agencies and organizations with special financial mechanisms that have not been assigned civil servant payroll as mentioned above.
After the Politburo considers and approves, this will be the basis for ministries, branches and localities to organize and implement uniformly throughout the system.
