Tet At Ty 2025 gifts for people with revolutionary contributions

Article 1 of Decision No. 1301/QD-CTN dated November 27, 2024 of the President on giving gifts to people with revolutionary contributions on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, specifically as follows:

1. Gift level of 600,000 VND given:

a) People with revolutionary contributions:

- Revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945 who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor during the resistance war period are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- War invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B, sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 81% or more are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- People who have contributed to the revolution are receiving monthly support.

b) Relatives of martyrs receiving monthly survivor allowance; relatives of two or more martyrs receiving monthly survivor allowance

2. Gift level 300,000 VND given:

a) People with revolutionary contributions:

- War invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B, sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 80% or less who are receiving monthly preferential allowances. War invalids who are enjoying a regime of loss of working capacity.

- Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 80% or less are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Revolutionary activists, resistance fighters, national defenders, and those performing international duties who were captured, imprisoned, or exiled by the enemy and are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- People who have contributed to the revolution are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

b) Representative of martyrs' relatives.

c) People who worship martyrs (in case the martyr has no relatives).

Thus, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, people with revolutionary contributions will receive gifts ranging from 300,000 VND to 600,000 VND depending on the case.
