The authority to impose penalties of the Commune Police Chief in road traffic activities

Clause 4, Article 18, Decree 336/2025/ND-CP Regulating penalties for administrative violations in road operations (effective from March 1, 2026), stipulates that the Head of the Commune Police has the right to:

a) Warning;

b) A fine of up to 37,500,000 VND;

c) Revoking the right to use the license for a limited period or suspending operations for a limited period;

d) Applying measures to remedy the consequences specified in Article 3 of this Decree.

Thus, from March 1, 2026, the Commune Police Chief has the right to fine up to 37,500,000 VND in road traffic activities.
