The 9th session of the 15th National Assembly passed the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants 2025, effective from July 1, 2025.
Here are the things that cadres and civil servants are not allowed to do in the Law:
Avoiding, degrading, avoiding, pushing in performing assigned duties and tasks; causing dispatch, disunity; arbitrarily quitting work, quitting work; participating in public housing; posting, disseminating, and expressing false information that affects the image and reputation of the country, locality, agency, organization, or unit where they work.
There are acts of embezzlement, corruption, negativity, waste, profiteering, harassment and other acts that violate the law against people, businesses, agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the performance of their duties.
Illegal use of public assets of the State and assets of the people.
Taking advantage of or abusing duties and powers, using information related to public duties for personal gain.
There are acts of discrimination in ethnicity, gender, age, disability, religion, belief, and social class in all forms in performing official duties.
That which is not allowed is related to production, business, personnel work according to the provisions of law on corruption prevention and control, thrift practice, waste control, protection of State secrets and other matters according to the provisions of law and the competent authority during the working period and after leaving work or retirement.
