On August 7, the People's Committee of Tam Thang Ward (HCMC) announced the termination of cash collection at the headquarters of the People's Committee of the ward, for tax, fee, charge and administrative fines.
Mr. Ha Huu Dung - Vice Chairman of Tam Thang Ward People's Committee said that not collecting cash at the ward People's Committee headquarters is to promote and develop non-cash payments in the State Treasury sector in Ho Chi Minh City.
Agencies, organizations and individuals in the area will fulfill their financial obligations through a system of commercial banks that coordinate with the State Treasury Transaction Office No. 15, Region II, including the following units: Agribank - Vung Tau Branch; Vietcombank - Ba Ria - Vung Tau Branch; BIDV Bank - Ba Ria - Vung Tau Branch; Eximbank - Vung Tau Branch; Loc Phat Bank - Vung Tau Branch.
"The People's Committee of the ward has assigned specialized departments when issuing notices of tax payment, fees, charges, and administrative penalty decisions to clearly state the location of budget payment as the system of the above-mentioned banks," said Mr. Dung.
At the same time, the Tam Thang Ward Public Administration Service Center was also assigned to instruct people to pay non-cash, publicly post the collection points at the dossier receiving and return department. The ward's Department of Culture and Society organizes propaganda on promoting solutions to develop cashless payments in the field of the State Treasury to agencies, organizations and individuals in the area
If there are any problems in the implementation process, coordinate with commercial banks and the Transaction Office No. 15 of the State Treasury Region II to promptly resolve them, creating favorable conditions for organizations and people in the area.
