A locality merges and renames many public schools
Vinh Thinh commune (Hai Phong) has just announced the decision to merge Vinh Long - Thang Thuy Primary School (facility 2) into Trung Lap Primary School; called Trung Lap Primary School.
Trung Lap Primary School is a primary education institution in the national education system; is a public non-business unit that self-ensures part of its operating funds, directly under Vinh Thinh Commune People's Committee; has legal status; has a headquarters; has its own seal and is allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury and Banks according to the provisions of law.
The school is under the direct management of Vinh Thinh Commune People's Committee; under the inspection and professional guidance of the Department of Education and Training. Regarding the working headquarters, Trung Lap Primary School has its headquarters (school point No. 1) in Ang Duong village and school point No. 2 in Ha Phuong village.

On July 7, Mr. Pham Van Nam - Director of Gia Lai Department of Education and Training - said that the Department has announced the temporary suspension of the recruitment of public employees in the Education sector in 2025.
According to Mr. Nam, on June 23, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee decided to assign staff to agencies and non-business units in 2026.
