- Method 1 (PT1 Code): Consider high school graduation exam results
- Method 2 (PT2 Code): Examining high school academic results (School records)
- Method 3 (PT3 Code): Consider the competency assessment exam scores of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University
- Method 4 (PT4 Code): Consider university graduation results
- Method 5 (Code PT5): Direct admission

The entrance threshold for the method of considering high school academic results (academic records) is as follows:
- For Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology:
Candidates who graduate from high school in 2023 or later and have academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11 and 12 are assessed as Good (academic ability ranked from Excellent or higher) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects in 2026 according to the admission combination reaches from 20.00 points or higher or the high school graduation consideration score ≥ 8.5. Not considered for candidates studying continuing education (GDTX).
- For General Nursing, Dental Nursing, and Laboratory Technology majors:
High school graduates from 2021 onwards, with academic results for the whole 12th grade year being assessed as Fair or Good (academic ability ranked from Fair or higher) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects in 2026 according to the admission combination reaching 16.50 points or higher or high school graduation consideration score ≥ 6.5.
- For Psychology, Hospital Management:
Candidates with a total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects in 2026 according to the admission combination reaching 15.00 points or higher (not applicable to candidates who are eligible for special consideration for high school graduation, candidates who won national and international prizes applying direct admission method or candidates who graduated from 2025 or earlier).
