1. Method of considering high school graduation exam results ( Method code: 100)
- 1 application form for admission based on high school graduation exam results
- 1 copy of the certificate of high school graduation exam results
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
2. Method of considering high school academic results ( Method code: 200)
- 1 application form for admission based on transcripts
- 1 copy of high school transcript/or equivalent
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
3. Use the results of the competency assessment test (KET) organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University for admission (metod code: 402)
- 1 registration form for admission based on the results of the National High School Exam
- 1 printed or impressed copy of the Certificate of National High School Exam Results
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
4. Use the results of the V-SAT university entrance exam for admission (metod code: 417)
- 1 registration form for admission to the V-SAT exam results
- 1 printed or printed copy of V-SAT exam result certificate
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
5. Combine high school graduation exam results with admission scores (metod code: 405)
- 1 certificate of registration for the competency exam (if there is no competency score or the previous exam's competency exam score has not been achieved)
- 1 application form for admission based on high school graduation exam results
- 1 copy of the certificate of high school graduation exam results
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
6. Combine high school academic results with admission scores (metod code: 406)
- 1 application form for admission based on transcripts (s well as registration for the competency exam)
- 1 copy of high school transcript/or equivalent
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
7. Direct admission according to Article 8 of current admission regulations ( Method code: 301)
- 1 direct registration form, priority admission
- 1 photocopy of the winning certificate according to regulations
- 1 copy of priority evidence (if any)
- 1 copy of the issued citizen identification card
