- The admission score calculation formula is as follows:
ĐXT = (ĐTB Subject 1 + ĐTB Subject 2 + ĐTB Subject 3) + ĐC (if any) + ĐƯT (if any)
In which: ĐXT: Admission score; ĐTB: Average score; ĐC: Plus points; ĐƯT: Priority points
+ Average score (APR) per subject = (APR for the whole year of grade 10 + APR for the whole year of grade 11 + APR for the whole year of grade 12 of the corresponding subject)/3.



The high school transcript admission method is also used by Ha Tinh University in the 2026 enrollment season.
The admission method is based on the academic results of compulsory high school subjects in Mathematics or Literature with the weight of calculating the score of Mathematics or Literature at least 1/3 and meeting one of the following requirements:
a) The admission combination uses the general average score of academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 of at least 03 subjects on a 30-point scale;
b) The admission combination uses the general average score of academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 of at least 02 subjects (including compulsory Math or Literature) and uses a foreign language certificate (a foreign language certificate used for exemption from the high school graduation exam according to the current High School Graduation Exam Regulations).
c) The admission combination uses the common average score of academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 of at least 02 subjects (including compulsory Math or Literature) with the aptitude test scores of Ha Tinh University organizing the 2026 exam, applicable to the preschool education major.
d) In case the subject in the admission combination does not study in full 06 high school semesters per year due to changes in subject selection, the results of studying another subject close to the field are used instead.

- Method 2: High school transcript admission
- Method 3: Admission based on HSA competency assessment exam scores in 2026 of Vietnam National University, Hanoi
- Method 4: Direct admission, priority admission

Input quality assurance threshold (Input threshold):
- General average academic results assessed as good (academic ability ranked from good or higher) for the whole year of grade 12 (academic results of 02 semesters of the final year for vocational secondary school and equivalents) and total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects reaching 16.50 points or higher or high school graduation consideration score (vocational secondary school) from 6.50 or higher for the Nursing and Midwifery training program.
- In case candidates have the same total score of subjects of the admission combination, priority is given to Biology for combinations B00, B03, B04 and B08; Math for combinations D01 and A01; Chemistry for combinations A00, C02 and D07; Literature for combination C20. For candidates with the same total admission score, the priority subject score is the same, priority is given to candidates with higher aspirations.
