Removing the pressure of "black credit" with digital solutions
According to Ms. Pham Le Hoang - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of My Phong ward, in the context of a still volatile economy, the Trade Union organization needs to strongly shift from the traditional role of caring for tradition to accompanying, protecting and supporting union members, workers, and laborers more substantively.

One of the issues of particular concern to the unit is the situation of union members, workers, and laborers turning to "black credit" when facing financial difficulties due to the lack of legal loan channels, quick procedures and suitable for income.
From that reality, the Trade Union of My Phong ward proposed to elevate microfinance projects into a long-term strategy to protect union members.
Accordingly, the unit proposed to expand the scale of support funds with preferential interest rates, and at the same time promote the digitization of the loan appraisal process. The construction of a DV data connection system to shorten the processing time of dossiers is not only a technical solution, but also demonstrates the timely sharing of the Trade Union organization with employees.
According to the My Phong Ward Grassroots Trade Union, when the urgent financial needs of union members are resolved quickly, transparently and legally, the trust of workers in the Trade Union organization will be strengthened more sustainably.
Linking the emulation movement with "double transformation
A topical solution proposed by the My Phong Ward Trade Union is to link the "3 savings" movement, including saving time, energy and spending, with the requirements of a green economy and digital transformation.
According to the unit, this is a direction that is in line with the "double transformation" trend, including digital transformation and green transformation that is taking place strongly today. My Phong Ward Grassroots Trade Union proposes that emulation movements need to be quantified by specific indicators associated with production and business efficiency and practical profit value, instead of just stopping at formal movement mobilization.

In parallel, the Trade Union organization needs to strengthen training in green economy knowledge and "digital citizen" skills for workers to help the labor force adapt to the new production environment. When workers master technology and have a mindset of saving resources, labor productivity will be improved, contributing to creating competitiveness for businesses and the economy.
Affirming the role of supervision and Party building
In addition to economic solutions, the Trade Union of My Phong ward also emphasizes the socio-political role of the Trade Union organization in the new period.
Accordingly, the Trade Union needs to more drastically implement the function of supervision and social criticism, especially for policies directly related to workers' rights such as wages, social insurance and housing.
Specifically, the Trade Union organization must not only stop at proposing policies but must proactively detect, reflect and propose strict handling of acts that infringe on the legitimate rights of workers.

Along with that, the work of fostering outstanding union members to introduce to the Party for consideration and admission continues to be identified as an important task, contributing to bringing the voice and breath of the working class to participate more deeply in building a clean and strong political system.
The practical interpretations of the My Phong Ward Grassroots Trade Union show the strong innovation spirit of the Trade Union organization in the new term. Accordingly, the Trade Union must not only be a support to take care of life but also become a leading force, protecting and raising the position of workers in the new development context of the country.
