The Fansipan conquest program on March 19 - 20 marked a special event, opening the annual training activities of Minh Tri Thanh Academy. With the theme "Living brilliantly like flowers," the program not only brings opportunities for students to conquer the heights of nature but also an opportunity to break their own limits, regain strength and courage that have been overwhelmed by life's challenges.
Careful preparation for the special journey
Many months ago, students were given detailed instructions on preparing personal belongings as well as requirements for physical and mental training to ensure a 22 km long journey. Meanwhile, Minh Tri Thanh Academy also focuses on preparation work, coordinating with the Hoang Lien National Park Management Board to ensure accommodation at the mountain climbing group's resting place, and developing safety plans for dangerous areas. Every 2 to 3 students will have a port employee, while medical staff and forest rangers are always ready to handle any unexpected situations.

Perhaps the most memorable for the students was the night climb at 2:05 am at the 2800m point. When people were asleep, the Minh Tri Thanh group, with the bright light from the headlight, took a step by step, gradually overcoming the foggy, cold mountainous roads of only about 0 degrees, and extremely difficult to travel. Not only moving in the darkness, it is also the time when students have to face the hidden fears in their minds: fear of darkness, fear of cold, fear of altitude and fear of not being able to continue.
This night's climb, although harsh, is an important challenge to help students overcome the fear and limitations that have been installed for a long time. According to psychotherapist Nguyen Thi Lanh, this is a special experience that the academy gives to students, helping them break through.
Leo Fansipan at night is a journey to face many difficulties and dangers but that is also the setting, the catalyst that activates courage. Students must overcome their fears to find their talented and brave people," Ms. Lanh shared.
Conquering Fansipan - a proud journey
At the age of 63, conquering Fansipan is already unimaginable, let alone completing it with an overnight and completely by road climb.
Ms. Tran Thi Anh Dao (Hanoi) has problems with bones, joints and the immune system, making it difficult to adapt to sudden changes in the weather. Before leaving, she also wondered if she could do it and how she would face the challenges on the road. But thanks to good physical training, good preparation for communication with oneself and the love of her teammates, Ms. Dao has excellently reached the top of Fansipan in all aspects and enjoyed.
I never thought I could climb a mountain this high. Indeed, Fansipan is a journey that helps me discover more about myself, about the great inner strength within. Standing on the top of the windy Fansipan with the weather of only 0 degrees like this, I believe that returning to life, I can do anything, as long as I always strive and try. Like life, there are ups and downs, but if I continue to strive and believe in myself and I can do it, I will definitely win and overcome it, Ms. Dao is proud.

An explosive feeling of joy and happiness is the feeling that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien (Hanoi) feels when she conquers herself and successfully conquers Fansipan peak.
Going a second time to graduate from the mountain, to prove to this mountain that I will conquer it without port support like the first time, Ms. Hien decided to climb Fansipan with the responsibility of a captain. With a new mindset and experiences drawn from the first time, Ms. Hien led her team to the finish line in endless happiness.
Without Minh Tri Thanh Academy, I would not know what Fansipan peak is like, I would not know how strong and talented I am. This time I have matured a lot, my heart has also been opened and filled with unconditional love. I feel that every time I climb Fansipan, I have a new goal, dare to conquer bigger goals, overcome my own fears to achieve new goals and lead my team excellently, said Ms. Hien.
