The Korean Brand Reputation Research Institute has announced the brand value rankings of singers in August, based on big data analysis.
From July 24 to August 24, the Institute analyzed big data of singers promoting in areas including consumer participation, media activities, communication and community activities. Based on the analysis results, the number 1 singer in terms of brand value this month is aespa, scoring a value of 7,073,467.
Next, trot singer Lim Young Woong scored a value score of 6,031,267 in second place, while Seventeen took third place with a score of 3,959,166.
The top 30 singers in the brand reputation rankings in August are: aespa, Lim Young Woong, Seventeen, IVE, IU, Blackpink, Apink's Eunji, RIIZE, DAY6, BTS, TWICE, (G)I-DLE, TWS, Psy, Young Tak, NCT, Taeyeon, Jay Park, Lee Young Ji.
There are also: Jannabi, BIBI, Lee Chan Won, Jang Yoon Jung, Sung Si Kyung, Kang Daniel, ILLIT, LE SSERAFIM, Younha, Oh My Girl and Baby Monster.
Thus, in this new ranking, Baby Monster's performance has dropped sharply, coming in at the bottom of the chart. Meanwhile, BTS only stopped at the top 10 position. Part of BTS's reputation was affected because the group's member Suga was involved in a noisy driving while drunk and had a traffic accident.
