Within the framework of the 4th Da Nang Asian Film Festival (DANAFF IV), the outdoor film screening program will take place from June 29 to July 3, 2026 at 6 locations in Da Nang City, bringing people and tourists the opportunity to enjoy free cinema in an open space.
This is one of the outstanding community activities of DANAFF IV, aiming to bring cinema closer to the public, and at the same time contribute to creating a cultural and artistic festival atmosphere during the film festival.
According to the announced schedule, screenings all start at 7:30 PM and are organized at Bach Dang Pedestrian Street, Bien Dong/Lang Ong Park, Tam Thanh beach, Culture - Cinema Center (Campus 4), Hoa Khanh Ward Administrative Center Square and An Hoi Sculpture Garden (Nguyen Phuc Chu Street, Hoi An Ward, Da Nang City).
This year's program introduces 4 feature films and a series of Vietnamese animated films, serving many audience groups.
On the evening of June 29, the movie "The King, the Forest Man and the Princess" will be screened at Bach Dang Pedestrian Street.
On June 30, audiences can enjoy the movie "Bitter Taste of Love" at Bien Dong Park/Lang Ong and the Culture - Cinema Center (Campus 4).
By the evening of July 1st, the movie "Let's go home" will be screened at Hoa Khanh Ward Administrative Center Square and Tam Thanh beach (Quang Phu Ward).
On July 2nd, the movie "Thang Bom" will come to the audience at An Hoi Sculpture Garden, Nguyen Phuc Chu Street, Hoi An Ward, Da Nang City.
Closing the series of activities on the evening of July 3, DANAFF IV introduced a series of Vietnamese animated films including "A Trip", "Poocbaga", "Escape the Game", "Ice Fantasy" and "Buddha", also at An Hoi Sculpture Garden.
Through the outdoor film screening program, the Organizing Committee hopes to create more cultural living space for the community, and at the same time spread the value of cinema to a large number of people and tourists during the 4th Da Nang Asian Film Festival.
