According to Hong Loan, Hong Phuong's family's suspicion of the authenticity of her birth certificate after decades is unacceptable, and she affirmed that she is not afraid of legal procedures.
She also mentioned the reason for the postponement of the trial, saying that the first absence of the Cau Kieu Ward People's Committee was a reason under procedural regulations.
In addition, the notary office performing legal documents for Hong Loan has sent a document requesting an absent trial because it has sent the full content presented earlier. From her own perspective, Hong Loan expressed her desire for the court to soon bring the case to trial to stabilize her life, and at the same time disagreed with the conflicting inferences on social networks.
Meanwhile, Hong Phuong's side gave a different point of view. According to the female singer's sharing, the main reason for the case to be prolonged stemmed from Hong Loan's announcement of the loss of documents related to the adoption of artist Vu Linh's child - Hong Phuong's uncle - causing the appraisal process to not be able to proceed as planned. This is considered one of the important factors affecting the progress of resolving the case.
In addition, Hong Phuong also mentioned that some related units in the lawsuit were not present at the trial, contributing to the trial panel deciding to postpone it to ensure full participation according to legal regulations.
