In December 2024, he sent an email to J97 Entertainment - Jack's lightstick seller - asking for a refund, but so far, the company has not resolved it.
The company responded that the purchased products cannot be refunded and hoped that the audience would wait patiently.
Another email from J97 Entertainment apologized to the audience for the purchase and asked the buyer to provide the bank account number to refund the money, but so far, they have not received the money.
Regarding this issue, the reporter contacted lawyer Hoang Ha, L&P Law Office of Ho Chi Minh City, and said that in this case, Jack's lightstick company must be responsible for customers. If the delivery is delayed compared to the original plan, there must be a responsibility for compensation for damages.
In the case of some audiences who contacted Jack's lightstick company to claim compensation but did not receive a refund, lawyer Hoang Ha commented that the company's actions showed signs of fraud and property appropriation.
Currently, the reporter has contacted Jack and J97 Entertainment to find out the situation but has not received any response.
