On the afternoon of May 16, at the Nghe An Province Traditional Arts Center (Vinh City), the National Mass Art Performance "Lang Sen Singing" in 2025 officially opened. This is a key activity within the framework of the Sen Village Festival, towards the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1809 - May 19, 2025).
The opening ceremony took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, with the presence of Ms. Ninh Thi Thu Huong - Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism); leaders of Nghe An province and many artists, artisans, and non-professional actors.

The festival has the participation of 31 mass art troupes representing provinces and cities across the country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An, co -head of the Organizing Committee of the performing festival, emphasized: "Singing lotus village" is not only an emotional art event but also a sacred cultural and political activity, expressing the deep gratitude of the people of the country to President Ho Chi Minh - the beloved leader of the nation.

The festival is held every 5 years in Uncle Ho's hometown, an opportunity for non-professional artists to exchange and spread patriotism, the beauty of national culture and ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh. The performances all have a strong regional identity, are elaborately staged, inspiring the aspiration to build a country.
Right after the opening ceremony, the art troupes brought many special performances such as "Uncle's words forever", "Weaving rainbow" (Nghe An Province's Mass Art Troupe), along with many performances from provinces such as An Giang, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City...
The show will last until May 18, promising to bring a profound artistic space imbued with affection for Uncle Ho and his homeland Nghe An.
