On August 22, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports announced information about the special art program "Hanoi - mai mai mai mong ai Viet Nam". This is a key cultural event in a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The program will take place on the evening of August 31 at the Socio-Economic Achievement Exhibition Space, under the National Exhibition Center.
According to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the program is a deep gratitude to the generations of ancestors who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and at the same time honors the outstanding achievements that the country and the Capital have achieved after 80 years, especially 40 years of renovation.
With the theme of "aspiring to develop for a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam", the program will bring the audience back to the heroic historical moments, while depicting a dynamic, creative and integrated Hanoi of today.

The art night was staged by director Hoang Cong Cuong and Meritorious Artist Thanh Hien, promising to bring many eye-catching performances, combining tradition and modernity. Advanced projection technologies such as 3D mapping, multi-layered stage, and laser effect will be applied to create a vibrant, multi-dimensional art space.
A special highlight not to be missed is the artistic paragliding performance carrying the national flag flying in the sky of Hanoi, symbolizing the will and aspiration to rise. Along with that, the brilliant artistic fireworks display will close the program in an exciting, emotional atmosphere.
In addition, the show also had the participation of artists loved by the public such as People's Artist Thu Huyen, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Dong Hung, Anh Tu, Lam Bao Ngoc, Ngoc Anh, Do To Hoa, Oplus group... along with a powerful choir of nearly 2,000 people.
