12 years since Tet Giap Ngo 2014, the mascot Horse has returned on Nguyen Hue street. For the first time in 23 years, the Binh Ngo Tet Flower Street 2026 has 2 different versions of experience between day and night in the same space, with the message "Spring gathers - Steadfastly reaching out".
Tet Flower Street 2026 reflects this transformation with the image of the mascot Binh Ngo flying on the stylized bamboo hedge like big waves, symbolizing a strong rising energy source. The bright welcome gate shows the connection of 3 localities including Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong (formerly).
The flower street is divided into 3 chapters: Spring Integration - Flower Brocade Roots - Steadfast Future. The area of the President Ho Chi Minh statue is decorated with the colors of Southern Tet with a yellow apricot garden from artisans of Binh Loi apricot village (Binh Loi commune).
According to Mr. Truong Duc Hung - General Director of Saigon Tourist Group, Nguyen Hue Flower Street 2026 is not only a unique art space, but also a vivid symbol of Ho Chi Minh City's aspiration to rise up and connect in the new era. This year's Flower Street is expected to affirm Ho Chi Minh City's pioneering role on the national economic, cultural and technological map.
Daytime version: Colorful sea of flowers and giant horse mascot
Nguyen Hue Flower Street 2026 is the largest flower arrangement ever with more than 100,000 flower baskets of various types.
The grand scene "Nine-pink mao horse" is inspired by the legend of Son Tinh - Thuy Tinh, this mascot is depicted with layers of colors, reaching a height of 6.4m, with "Nine-pink mao" carrying the meaning of fulfillment - vastness - completeness, combining hot - cold colors and the effect of color transition paint creating a "sea of colors" that changes continuously from the tourist's perspective.

The highlight of this year's Flower Street is "Nhat ma thong dong", the largest mascot of the Flower Street with a height of nearly 7m. Made from geometric bamboo material that is environmentally friendly, this giant horse creates a multi-layered ecological space.
Inspired by the sweet folk song Ly ngua o, the large scenery cluster "Ly ngua o" recreates Southern culture with a cheerful shape, trendy blue to purple color. The special point is that the mascot surface is lacquered with 3D hologram cloud patterns, creating shimmering and eye-catching colors under the sunlight.
The "Radiant Region of Memories" area has a highlight of a giant troop lantern over 6m high, 6.4m in diameter. The continuous rotating axis of the lantern recreates the folk scene of Vietnamese Tet, preserving traditional values and national identity.
Night version: Light and Breakthrough Mapping Technology Festival
At night, Nguyen Hue Flower Street becomes an art space thanks to the synchronous application of lighting and interactive technology.
Mapping technology first appeared at the Flower Street with images projected directly onto the surface of the unflattened mascot. The mascot at the welcome gate will tell a poetic story about the journey from the legend of Saint Giong to the development of technology and the merger of the megacity.

The combination of Mapping and mechanical movement at the head and legs of the mascot creates a vivid experience. The LED beam light system moves softly under the legs, combined with LED gates and chasing lights, creating a visual "influence".
The final grand scene of "Giang Son Cam Tu" is lit by a static lighting system and does not have mechanical movement elements, but the structure of the mascot when combined with ambient light creates a feeling of movement.
Giang Son Cam Tu" gathers 9 eternal horses galloping, of which 3 main horses represent Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau and Binh Duong with a monolithic shape. 6 small horses represent the aspects of the city shaped with a multi-layered structure, creating a layered effect, moving on the street of light.
With AR technology (virtual reality), visitors can directly see images of horses galloping right at the welcome gate via phone.
