According to information from Lao Cai International Border Guard Station, during the holiday from April 30 to May 4, about 10,000 people and tourists completed procedures to enter and exit through Lao Cai International Border Gate.

It is known that compared to the same period in 2024 (7,000), the total number of visitors entering and exiting through Lao Cai International Border Gate this year has increased by more than 3,000 people.
To ensure convenient and quick customs clearance for people and tourists, during the holiday, the authorities at the border gate have a plan to arrange a full number of soldiers to be on duty, support, ensure safety, and avoid congestion and disorder during the procedures.
In addition, Lao Cai International Border Guard Station has deployed security forces, arranged order for vehicles to pass through the border gate and guided and completed procedures for people and tour groups to ensure speed and accuracy.
