Jennie (Blackpink) creates rare moments at the 2026 Golden Disc Awards

The 40th Golden Disc Awards ceremony took place on the evening of January 10 in Taiwan (China), marking the 7th time this prestigious event has been held abroad.

The Golden Disc Awards is an award honoring the most loved Kpop music products of the year, and is also considered one of the most prestigious annual awards of the Korean music industry.

The Daesang Awards this year went to Stray Kids with Album of the Year "Karma", G-Dragon with Song of the Year "Home Sweet Home" (combined with Taeyang, Daesung), and Jennie received the Artist of the Year award.

In particular, Jennie had a rare moment when she was continuously named to receive the award, with 3 individual awards and 1 Blackpink award.

First, Jennie was one of the winners of the Best Digital Song category, winning the cup with the solo hit "Like Jennie".
