The project to renovate and upgrade the National Martyrs' Memorial Stele of Youth Volunteers was started in April 2025 with a total cost of 9.2 billion VND at the Dong Loc Crossroads Relic Area (Dong Loc commune).
The project is sponsored by the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, the Management Board of Nga Ba Dong Loc Relic Area and Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area are the investors.
After 6 months of construction, the project was completed, so the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, the Management Board of Nga Ba Dong Loc Relic Area and the Ly Tu Trong Memorial Area coordinated to organize the inauguration ceremony.
At the program, leaders of Ha Tinh province presented flowers and gifts of gratitude, acknowledging the companionship and contribution of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade in social security and gratitude work in the province.
