The festival is organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam in coordination with many cultural and content agencies of Korea and Vietnam.
Entering its third year, this is the largest Korean game festival in Vietnam, gathering businesses, management agencies and fan communities to update trends, experience games and exchange cooperation.
The event was accompanied by the Korea Game Culture Foundation, Korea Creative Content Agency, Korea copyright Protection Agency; with the support of the Korea Tourism Administration, NC soft, Nexon, NHN, VNG Games and the Vietnam copyright Protection Center.
This week promotes interactive activities. The organizing committee will organize the qualifying round and final of the e-sports tournament with 3 familiar games: Legendary Alliance, PUBG Mobile and Rising Storm. The finals were broadcast live on stage.
In particular, Vietnam national team player LazyFeel (Tran Bao Minh) - the first foreign player to compete in the LCK tournament - will interact and compete with fans. The Korea Tourism Administration also introduced tourism products combined with e-sports right at the event space.
At the same time, there are specialized programs: lessons on the gaming industry; trade consulting between game businesses of the two countries; copyright talks co-chaired by the Korea copyright Protection Agency and the Vietnam copyright Protection Center.
Within the framework of promoting bilateral cooperation, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Le Quang Tu Do led the Vietnamese delegation to attend the "G-STAR 2025" event in Korea at an official invitation.
Based on the cooperation agreement signed at Gameverse 2025, the agencies of the two countries continue to discuss expanding cooperation on organizing game culture events, training on healthy games and exchanging professional human resources.
Director of the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam Choi Seung Jin emphasized: Korean Game Week has developed into an important platform to promote the exchange of the Vietnam - Korea game industry.
He said that the two sides will continue to expand cooperation between management agencies and the government, while building a foundation for private cooperation such as human resource training, co-development and joint game release.
