NGO League of Professional Photographers from St. Petersburg. Petersburg, the Russian Federation and the " Froreame24" photography Community from Novi Sad, Serbia, in collaboration with the International Association of Art Photographers (IAAP, Serbia), aims to honor and promote the art of photography by gathering talented photographers from around the world to compete in many stages.
According to the Organizing Committee of the contest, journalist Viet Van - reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper - won the diploma Award (equivalent to a Certificate of Merit, behind the Bronze Medal) for the work "Deciding moment" in the Press category.
The other three works that Viet Van was selected for acceptance were The Man and Three Children (thematous freedom for color photos), Finding the Time That has Loss (portrait, Color and Black and White), The Deciding Dancer ( Press). Author Vu Hai (Vietnam) won a Silver Medal in the press category for the work "Examination for people infected with dioxin".
