2025 is the 3rd year that the Van Don Orange Festival has been held, continuing to affirm the value of orange trees in the development of the local agricultural economy.
This is also an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to promote trade, bringing the Van Don orange brand closer to consumers inside and outside the province.
The festival is also an activity to concretize the orientation for developing agricultural experience tourism, eco-tourism, and community tourism of Van Don special zone in the period of 2025 - 2030.
With the theme "Happy Season", the 2025 Van Don Orange Festival takes place with many exciting activities such as: opening art program; visiting and experiencing orange gardens at effective orange growing models.
Exchange sports and folk games (cruciferous, stick pushing...); sightseeing and shopping at "Countryside Market" booths; space for displaying oranges, OCOP products and local agricultural products.
The highlight of the festival is the competitions associated with orange trees, including: "The fastest and most technical orange pickler"; "Exposing beautiful and creative booths"; "Showing beautiful orange baskets".
In addition, the "Check-in - Image creation with Van Don oranges" contest for tourists has contributed to creating a vibrant atmosphere, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate.
The 2025 Van Don Orange Festival takes place over two days, December 13 14, as an activity in response to the 2025 Tourism stimulus Campaign of Quang Ninh province, and at the same time practically celebrates the 77th anniversary of the founding of Van Don.
