In the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the International Labor Day 1.5, on the evening of April 29, in the area of the pitch, the People's Committee of Sa Pa town organized the opening of the summer festival in 2025 with the theme "Sa Pa - the land of love".
This is one of the annual festivals that has become a cultural tourism product with the unique identity and brand of Sa Pa town.

The singing, dancing, and performing performances by artists and artisans have recreated the vivid, identity-filled beauty of Sa Pa people and landscapes; strongly expressing the message "Sa Pa - A place where cultural colors converge, wonderful nature and warm hearts".

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Do Van Tan - Vice Chairman of Sa Pa Town People's Committee emphasized that the 2025 Sa Pa Summer Festival is a cultural - tourism event of special significance, not only a mark before the town enters a new stage of development, but also demonstrates the enthusiasm and determination of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in preserving and promoting national cultural identity and beautiful natural landscapes, contributing to affirming Sa Pa's position on the Vietnam and international tourism map.
"Hopefully, through this series of events, visitors will fully explore the natural beauty, culture and people of Sa Pa. Thereby preserving deep impressions in the journey to experience the summer of Sa Pa - the land of love and happiness", Vice Chairman of Sa Pa Town People's Committee shared.
Coming to this year's summer festival, visitors will be able to visit and experience many unique tourism products such as: "Rose Festival - Fansipan" with brilliant colors in the sky (from April 26 to the end of June 2025); recreating "Sa Pa Market of Love" imbued with highland culture (Saturdays every week); experiencing "Cultural Space of Ethnic Groups" - a miniature panorama of the culture and life of the Sa Pa ethnic minority community (from April 29 to May 2, 2025)...
The April 30 and May 1 holidays are always one of the biggest tourist attractions of the year in Sa Pa.
