Immediately after the organizers announced the chart and ticket prices for the BigBang concert in Hanoi on the morning of August 3, the ticket prices quickly became a topic for the fan community to compare with other stops during the tour.
Clear segment ticket prices
In the high-end ticket group, Hanoi is in the group with prices equivalent to or slightly higher than some countries in the region.
Accordingly, the Ultimate VIP Package class in Hanoi is priced at 10.5 million VND. Meanwhile, in Japan, the VIP class is priced at 60,000 yen (about 10.1 million VND), in Bangkok (Thailand) is 11,900 baht (about 9.4 million VND) and in Singapore is 498 SGD (about 10.2 million VND).
Similarly, Diamond and Gold classes in Hanoi are priced at 9.8 million VND and 8.5 million VND respectively.
In Bangkok, the Diamond class is priced at 10,500 baht (about 8.2 million VND), the Gold class is 9,500 baht (about 7.5 million VND). In Singapore, these two classes are sold for 458 SGD (about 9.4 million VND) and 398 SGD (about 8.2 million VND).

The fact that VIP ticket prices in Hanoi are higher than some destinations may come from many factors such as the number of accompanying benefits, stage size, organization costs as well as the pricing strategy of the organizing unit in each market.
In the opposite direction, the economy ticket price in Hanoi is considered significantly easier to access.
CAT 5 category with limited vision is sold for 1 million VND, the lowest among the stops of the tour announced to date. CAT 4 category is priced at 2 million VND, also significantly lower than many markets in the region.
Meanwhile, in Bangkok, the lowest ticket price is about 2.3 million VND. In Singapore, the lowest price is about 3.2 million VND, and the limited view area is also nearly 6 million VND.
Building a wide price range, from 1 million VND to 10.5 million VND, is considered a way to help concerts reach more audience groups. Instead of focusing mainly on the high-end segment, the organizers still reserve popular ticket prices to meet the needs of young fans and audiences with limited budgets.
The BigBang concert in Hanoi is also one of the few stages in Southeast Asia held for two consecutive nights, thereby contributing to increasing the number of tickets issued and reducing competitive pressure compared to stops that only take place for one night.
Warning about fake ticket sales websites appearing before opening days
Along with the great attraction of the concert, fans are also advised to be vigilant when buying tickets.
Immediately after the official ticket sales platform Cticket was announced, websites with an interface similar to the real ticket sales page appeared on social networks.
Some sites even allow users to buy tickets even though it is not yet the official opening time and does not require account login, a sign different from the ticket sales process of the organizers.
Besides the risk of encountering fake websites, fans also need to be careful with "camp tickets" services of unknown origin or early ticket sales on social networks.
The organizers recommend that viewers only follow information from the official media channels of the program, access the ticket sales website through the announced link and make transactions on time for sale to limit the risk of being scammed.
