After the controversy over the new song being banned from the airwaves and the group members being criticized for their choreography, Baby Monster has regained their form with new achievements.
According to Circle Album Chart (formerly Gaon Chart) which released its chart for this week's update, Baby Monster's first full-length album "Drip" released on November 1 debuted at No. 1 on the chart, with 444,674 copies sold.
This achievement helps to reinforce the group's appeal and their efforts in the 1 week since this album was released.
Recently, Baby Monster has been focusing on strategies to promote the group's image and music products.
In addition to participating in many music shows, the group also plans to tour and participate in television game shows.
BabyMonster, also known as Baemon, is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment. The group consists of 7 members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. BabyMonster's full lineup officially debuted on April 1, 2024 with the EP BabyMons7er.
