At around 5:30 p.m. the same day, people traveling on Yet Kieu Street and neighboring areas discovered black smoke rising from the upper floors of a house on Yet Kieu Street.

At that time, the homeowner was on the ground floor opening the grocery store. When he discovered smoke coming from the third floor, he immediately reported it to the authorities.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police mobilized 3 fire trucks and officers and soldiers to urgently go to the scene.

At this time, the fire was raging high above. Firefighters equipped with gas masks and oxygen tanks approached the scene and quickly extinguished the fire.

Nha Trang City Traffic Police had to block off Yersin and Yet Kieu streets so that authorities could deploy a firefighting team.

The fire was on the third floor of the house, so firefighters had to climb onto the second floor balcony of the house next door to control the fire.

After nearly 1 hour, the fire was completely extinguished. The scene of the fire was the family altar area, surrounded by many flammable objects. The cause of the fire may have been an electrical problem.
