According to the source, Kanye West and actress Julia Fox had previously gone to delilah nightclub to have fun. However, he went out and left his girlfriend behind. Then a fan approached the rapper's car and asked for his autograph.
According to TMZ, after the exchange, Kanye West is said to have jumped out of the car and punched a fan in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.
The male rapper left the scene immediately and was still angry with those walking next to him. The victim is said to have broken nose.
Through recorded video and witness statements, the police said there was enough evidence to charge Kanye. They contacted the rapper but were not agreed due to a busy schedule.
