According to Decision No. 52/QD-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this document exhibition is a practical activity to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
Through the exhibition, it aims to honor the meaning and great role of the Party Congresses; Propagate and educate about the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam over the past 90 years; Clarify the views, goals, and major orientations in the new period, thereby raising awareness and consolidating the trust of cadres, party members and the People in the leadership of the Party.
This is also an opportunity to arouse the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, create consensus in implementing the 14th Party Congress Resolution; and at the same time, introduce the capital of the nation's literary and cultural heritage currently being stored, preserved and served at the National Library of Vietnam.
With the theme: The Communist Party of Vietnam through the Congresses, the Exhibition will be held in January - February 2026 at the National Library of Vietnam.
The exhibition displays 800 documents in 4 parts: Communist Party of Vietnam - The decisive factor for all victories of the Vietnamese revolution; Party Congress - Strategic decisions; Party Congress - From resolutions to practices; Building a clean and strong Party.
According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, documents (books, newspapers, magazines, paintings, photos...) must have high generalization, authentic content, richness, and reflect the true spirit of the Exhibition.
The form of display ensures aesthetics, science, and is suitable for the scale of the event. In addition, it is necessary to apply modern technical equipment and technology to improve the efficiency of the Exhibition.
At the same time, the Film Week to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam and celebrate the 14th National Party Congress is scheduled to take place in January in Bac Ninh, according to Decision No. 47/QD - BVHTTDL.
