According to the list just announced by the Hanoi People's Committee, there are 39 social housing projects about to be implemented in the city.
In which, projects focus on:
- Tien Duoc Commune: There are 2 projects (NOXH.001 and NOXH.002).
- Duc Hoa Commune: NoXH.003 Project.
- Mai Dinh Commune: NoXH.004 Project.
- Tan Dan Commune: NoXH.005 Project.
- Da Phuc Commune: There are 6 projects (from NOXH.018 to NOXH.023).
- Noi Bai Commune: There are 7 projects (from NOXH.027 to NOXH.033).
- Soc Son commune: There are 6 projects (from NOXH.034 to NOXH.039).
- Tan Tien Commune: NoXH.006 Project.
- Chuyen My Commune: NOXH.007 Project.
- Vat Lai Commune: NoXH.008 Project.
- Phuc Loc Commune: NoXH.009 Project.
- Hat Mon Commune: There are 3 projects (NOXH.010, NOXH.011 and NOXH.012).
- Thach That Commune: NoXH.013 Project.
- Hung Dao Commune: NoXH.014 Project.
- Thu Lam Commune: NOXH.015 Project.
- Phuc Thinh Commune: There are 2 projects (NOXH.016 and NOXH.017).
- Yen Lang commune: There are 3 projects (NOXH.024, NOXH.025 and NOXH.026).
The total estimated investment for these 39 projects is about 50,197.3 billion VND.
According to the Hanoi People's Committee, the investment in social housing construction aims to serve the beneficiaries of social housing support policies according to the provisions of Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law, meeting the target of 120,000 units in the 2026-2030 period of the city assigned by the Central Government, the Government and the City Party Committee.
Regarding the project implementation progress, for the location of the land that has completed site clearance, the project implementation progress is expected to be about 3 years.
For the location of the land area where site clearance has not been completed, the project implementation progress is expected to be about 4 years.
The City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi City Data and Digital Technology Communication Center (under the Office of the City People's Committee) to publicly announce this Decision and project information according to the attached appendix on the City People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal, as a basis for interested investors to submit project proposal dossiers according to regulations.
The Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center acts as the focal point for receiving proposal dossiers from investors. The deadline for receiving dossiers is 30 days from the date of public posting on the e-Portal of the City People's Committee.
People's Committees of communes and wards (where there is an investment project) urgently and seriously review and provide information on the current status of land use for land plot locations, and send it to the Department of Construction, Hanoi City Center for Data Communication and Digital Technology to publicly announce project information.
