The festival is organized by Voice of Vietnam in coordination with Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio - Television.
Attending the closing ceremony were Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Mr. Do Tien Sy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, General Director of Voice of Vietnam Radio, Head of the National Radio Festival Steering Committee; Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 24 Gold prizes, 37 Silver prizes, 71 Bronze prizes and 60 Consolation prizes to works in many categories such as: live broadcast, reports, investigative reports, ethnic minority language programs, podcasts...
Many works are evaluated as having discovery, exploration, and vividly reflecting social life; and at the same time applying modern and creative radiomaking methods, creating positive social effects.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 29 sub-prizes, including categories such as: excellent storyteller (host); excellent live broadcast presenter; excellent production crew; excellent broadcaster; excellent technician.
This year's festival has the participation of prestigious international judges; two international conferences attracting many leading world experts in the field of radio and podcasts.

The National Radio Festival taking place from April 9 to 13, 2026 is not only an opportunity to honor outstanding works, but also an important forum to orient the development of Vietnamese radio in the digital age. The festival has the participation of 72 delegations with nearly 350 works in various genres.
With the theme "Radio for a strong and prosperous Vietnam", this year's festival opened with the art program "Sounds of the New Era", attracting about 50,000 spectators, along with many professional activities such as podcast conferences, live broadcasts, exhibitions and photo and video clip contests with the theme "Quang Ninh aspires to reach out with the country".
