With a location where the center of Dien Bien Phu City can be seen from above, the main road leading to Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument consists of 320 steps, attracting quite a lot of young people to film and take photos following this TikTok trend.
According to the trend, young people will walk on the slope in a steep direction, then turn back with a bright and charming smile, behind which is the image of the city with bustling traffic.

This is not only a familiar symbol of Dien Bien people but visitors should not miss when visiting".
