Publishing books on the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization sector during the 13th Party Congress term

On the afternoon of January 16, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House Truth in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization (TGDV) Committee organized the launching ceremony of the book "TGDV industry in the 13th Party Congress term - A shift from theoretical thinking to practical action". This is one of the activities to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

Dr. Ngo Dong Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central General Service Commission and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - chaired the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central General Service Department Ngo Dong Hai emphasized that the book "General Service Sector in the 13th Party Congress term - A shift from theoretical thinking to practical action" is the result of a serious, elaborate, and systematic summary process of General Service work in the 13th Party Congress term.

The overarching highlight, and also the core value of the book, is clarifying the important shift from theoretical thinking to practical action in TGDV work during the XIII Congress term.

Through this, it shows that after the resolutions, directives, and policies of the Party were promulgated, levels, sectors, and localities have concretized them into programs, plans, models and practical ways of doing things, closely following social life as well as the requirements of political tasks of each unit.

Working thinking has a clear innovation, closely combining communication, thorough understanding with dialogue, listening, explaining, persuading and accompanying the people; taking practical efficiency, social consensus and people's trust as measures of operational efficiency.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - said that the book is compiled and published to systematically summarize theoretical and practical issues, deeply and comprehensively reflecting the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress in the field of TGDV - two parts that directly create the strength of thought, intelligence and the great national unity bloc.

The book has summarized the strategic orientations that the 13th Congress has identified for the TGDV industry, emphasizing core viewpoints such as: steadfast Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology; strongly arousing patriotism, self-reliance, self-reliance and the desire to develop a prosperous and happy country; strengthening Party building and rectification; promoting socialist democracy; consolidating trust and creating social consensus.
