The film project "The Power of Heart" officially started filming at the cultural space of District 5 Cultural Center and Ba Thien Hau Pagoda, attracting special attention when young actress Vo Hoai Anh - daughter of Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam took on the female lead role.
This is the first work to bring the Dragon lion sport to the big screen with the positioning as a performing sport that requires technique, strength and team spirit at a new level.

Director Khoa Nguyen said that the film exploits the story of youth through familiar conflicts between family expectations, personal ego and the need to preserve identity.
"The message 'Dau Bui, Tien Len' is the spirit of a true athlete: Duong minh minh, duong minh minh minh and most importantly, mature through connection...", Khoa Nguyen said.

To transform into a Dragon lion athlete, Vo Hoai Anh and young actors such as Anh Tu Wilson and Thien Nhan had to undergo high-intensity training with artisans and experts.
The role of Hoai Anh in the project attracted attention, especially when she showed her seriousness and ability to control her body during practice.
The film also features big names such as People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam and actress and producer Mai Thu Huyen. The appearance of director, actress Kathy Uyen and many artists at the filming opening ceremony showed the project's appeal to the professional community.
Previously, the "Lap Point" ceremony for the lion heads on November 19 was solemnly performed, affirming respect for the traditional profession.

Mr. Pham Quang Long - Chairman of the Vietnam Dragon and lion Federation emphasized: "It is time for the public to recognize the Dragon and lion as their rightful position. This is a top-performance sport, where athletes have to practice as seriously as any other high-performance sport.
We accompany the film crew to ensure that each technical move, each competition team and fair-play spirit in sports are honestly recreated, honoring Vietnamese cultural values at a new height".
The project brings together many production units, creative organizations and sponsors, aiming to spread the spirit of cultural sports to young people.
"The Power of Heart" is expected to be released to audiences in 2026.
