The program with the theme: "Quang Ninh - Strong progress under the glorious Party flag" is divided into 3 chapters: Chapter 1: What is more beautiful under the hammer-ched red flag; Chapter 2: The journey of development and brilliance; Chapter 3: Quang Ninh prosperity with the country.
The highlight of the program is the participation of many famous artists and actors from both the central and local levels such as: Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Vu Thang Loi, My Linh, Pham Thuy Dung (runner-up Sao Mai 2013), Tuan Anh, Ngoc Anh, Hoang Bach, Hoang Hai, Ha An Huy (champion of Vietnam Idol 2023), rapper Hoang Nam, Hoang Hong Ngoc (champion of Sao Mai 2015).
The program also has more than 600 professional and amateur actors, especially with the participation of 300 drums from the People's Police Academy.
With nearly 20 performances, the program has many songs expressing love for the homeland, country and province of Quang Ninh, such as: Welcoming the Communist Party of Vietnam, Communist Heart, Road to the North, On the Sea and sky of the Northeast, Remembering Uncle Ho's return to visit Quang Ninh...
The performances also recreated the image of Quang Ninh through the stages from the "argar" of the revolution, becoming the "cradle" to nurture the loyal communist soldiers, thousands of mine workers set out to contribute for national independence, for the beloved homeland of Quang Ninh. Up to now, Quang Ninh has become a dynamic economic center, a convergence of industry, trade, tourism and seaport services.
The special art program successfully welcomes the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress with profound political and cultural significance, contributing to arousing the belief, will and aspiration to build a beautiful, civilized, modern Quang Ninh with the characteristics: "Beautiful nature - Unique culture - civilized society - transparent administration - Economic development - Happy people".
The program ended with a high-altitude fireworks display.
