The seminar is organized within the framework of the Hanoi Book and Reading Culture Festival 2026 - an event that gathers many publishing and distribution units and experts in the field of publishing and technology to participate. This is also one of the meaningful activities to respond to the 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, taking place from April 21 to 27.
The seminar not only stopped at discussing trends but also created an open dialogue space on how to redefine knowledge in the digital age. Speakers delved into fundamental changes, from intellectual labor organizations to building interactive knowledge ecosystems and the role of humans in the development of artificial intelligence.

In the first part, speaker Le Duy Nam - CEO of Book Hunter - presented "The Office in the Clouds" - a new approach in intellectual labor organization. Accordingly, book making is no longer bound by physical space but can operate flexibly, distributed but still ensure efficiency and creativity.
Also in the seminar, translator Nguyen Phuong Manh shared: "It's not just ebooks but a digital knowledge platform". He emphasized the need to overcome the traditional ebook model to build a highly interactive knowledge ecosystem, allowing continuous collaboration and development, helping knowledge to be constantly renewed.
The most attention-grabbing part is the sharing of CEO Consen. Nguyen Linh Nga with the topic "When AI translates books, what do translators do?". She believes that the publishing industry's application of AI in translation is no longer too new and becoming increasingly popular.
Using technology in the translation and editing process has been able to replace many technical stages, liberate labor for translators and editors and help them focus and refine their translated works. However, the core value of translators still lies in their ability to choose words, interpret and preserve the spirit and meaning of the text," Ms. Nga emphasized.
In addition to presentations, attendees also directly experience two new technology platforms. These are Book Hunter Plus - an ebook and digital knowledge ecosystem developed by Book Hunter in collaboration with Consen. ai, and Omniglot - Consen. ai's advanced translation software that has been applied by Book Hunter in several publishing projects.

In particular, all attendees received the ebook "Office in the Cloud" as a gift, officially released on the Book Hunter Plus platform.
The "Digital Transformation of the Book Industry" event has received strong attention from the community, affirming that digital transformation is not only a trend but also an important opportunity for the Vietnamese book industry to restructure, innovate and get closer to readers in the digital age.
