According to the report on the Summary of Trade Union Activities in the first 6 months of 2025 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the work of mobilizing female workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) in Ha Tinh province continues to receive attention and be implemented methodically, effectively, and practically, creating favorable conditions for female workers to promote their roles and complete their tasks well in the new period.
In the first 6 months of the year, 07 new mass Women's Committees were established, reaching 116% of the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; organizing more than 220 propaganda sessions on female labor policies; over 4,000 female union members were advised on laws related to female labor rights.
Periodic health check-ups and obstetrics and gynecology examinations for over 12,894 female employees; support the construction of 50 new "Union Shelters" for female union members in difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 1.55 billion VND.
Emulation movements and activities of female employees continue to attract strong responses from female employees. In particular, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1930 - March 8, 2025) and the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, trade unions at all levels organized many exciting and meaningful activities.
Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor organized a meeting and discussion with the theme "Confident and brave female union officials in the new era" with nearly 150 delegates who are female Chairmen, Vice Chairmen of the union and members of the Women's Union at all levels attending; 100% of grassroots unions responded to "Ao Dai Week" launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
100% of grassroots trade unions have organized practical activities such as: meetings, seminars, giving gifts, female-led entertainment competitions, clubs, sports - art organizations (578 organizing units with 13,500 union members and workers participating), flower arrangement competitions, sightseeing, supporting families of female union members in difficult circumstances, sponsoring orphans ( giving 7,962 gifts with a total value of over 3 billion VND).
Typically: Ky Anh Town Labor Federation organizes a seminar on the role of female employees in the new era; Cam Xuyen and Thach Ha District Labor Unions organize a day of consultation and health care for female workers; Huong Khe and Huong Son District Labor Unions organize a women's volleyball tournament; Hong Linh Town Labor Federation, Duc Tho District organizes a women's Pickleball tournament; Economic Zones Trade Unions organize seminars and meetings with female employees.
