Bộ Y tế đang sửa thông tư 38 để đưa vaccine rotavirus vào Chương trình Tiêm chủng mở rộng. Vaccine này được hỗ trợ của Liên minh toàn cầu về vaccine và tiêm chủng (GAVI). Theo đó, GAVI hỗ trợ 20% số vaccine, Việt Nam tự túc 80%.
