Accordingly, workers will work in the field of mechanical inspection with a minimum income of 30 million VND/person/month. The contract term is 3 years. During this period, the Center will recruit 10 workers.
According to calculations by the parties involved, if the workers work normally, after the 3-year contract expires, they will accumulate at least 600 million VND/person. However, if the workers work well, they will be extended for another 2 years. At that time, each worker will accumulate about 1 billion VND. The income is high, but the requirements from the Japanese recruitment agency are quite loose.
Accordingly, the basic conditions are that workers must be between 18 and 35 years old, have graduated from junior high school or higher, have a minimum height of 1.6m, weigh 50kg or more; be in good health and have no infectious diseases... When recruited, workers will be supported with money for foreign language training, orientation education, vocational training, general health check-ups... according to actual costs with a maximum total amount of 7.53 million VND/worker.
