Ngày 1.2, UBND xã Ô Diên tổ chức Ngày hội tư vấn, định hướng học nghề năm 2026, thu hút hơn 1.000 học sinh khối lớp 9 của các trường THCS trên địa bàn cùng đông đảo phụ huynh tham gia.
Phát biểu tại ngày hội, Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã Ô Diên Bùi Thị Thu Hằng cho biết, phát triển nguồn nhân lực, đặc biệt là nguồn nhân lực có kỹ năng nghề, được xác định là một trong những đột phá chiến lược trong tiến trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và phát triển bền vững. Quan điểm này đã được khẳng định trong các nghị quyết của Trung ương và được TP Hà Nội cụ thể hóa bằng nhiều chương trình, đề án quan trọng.
Theo bà Hằng, giáo dục nghề nghiệp và phân luồng học sinh không chỉ là nhiệm vụ của riêng ngành giáo dục mà là giải pháp căn cơ nhằm nâng cao chất lượng lao động, mở rộng cơ hội việc làm, bảo đảm an sinh xã hội, qua đó góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của địa phương và Thủ đô.

Through focused counseling, direct counseling at booths, product display and vocational skills experience, the day helps parents and students have a more substantive view of vocational education, thereby choosing a direction suitable to their abilities, strengths and family conditions.

At the booths, students are consulted on enrollment, introduced to occupations, training levels, learning conditions and job opportunities; and directly observe and experience vocational skills such as hairdressing, mixing drinks, cooking...
Đáng chú ý, gian hàng của Trường Trung cấp nghề Giao thông công chính Hà Nội thu hút đông đảo học sinh với mô hình ô tô học cụ, giúp các em trải nghiệm quy trình học nghề sửa chữa ô tô. Ông Trần Văn Chinh – Phó trưởng Khoa Công nghệ ô tô của trường – cho biết, nhà trường hiện đào tạo 20 ngành nghề trình độ trung cấp như công nghệ ô tô, công nghệ sơn ô tô, hàn, điện tử công nghiệp, quản trị khách sạn, công nghệ thông tin… với quy mô hơn 1.000 học sinh mỗi năm.
